Congrats to Sugar for being voted best boutique by the readers of the Pittsburgh City Paper. My fellow Pittsburgh fashionistas sure know how to pick them. With runners-up Jupe and hip'tique, these three are all winners in my style book.

Each boutique has it's own character and style-- unique designs at Sugar, classy silhouettes at hip'tique, and more pocketbook-friendly fashions at Jupe-- which offer Pittsburgh gals great variety in shopping local.
